Dear Customer
Before using our services you are required to read the user agreement and accept all the terms and conditions. The same are listed below for your reference:

All correspondence for travel arrangements should be addressed to North Holiday Travels. For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made for confirmation of booking & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India or before check in hotel (before the commencement of the services).

North Holiday Travels hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space Confirmed Basis.

Please note that such payments are Non Refundable.

Advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank,or by Cash that could be deposited in any of our accounts. Upon arrival in INDIA, the payment can be made in cash

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation has to be sent to us by e-mail only.
  • 10% deduction if cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • No refund if cancelled before 3 days prior to arrival.

    Please provide the following details along with your booking request:

    1. Clients Name.
    2. Total No of Pax along with adult sharing the rooms and child with/ without bed.
    3. Name, age, address, & gender of all guest and photo id proof
    4. Date of Arrival and Departure with flight details (if travelling via air).
  • For confirmation of booking, 30% advance as token money on package/tariff.
  • Booking confirmation will be addressed accordingly within with details viz. advance payment deposit, tariff plan or package availed and balance payable.
  • Booking will be considered invalid if amount less than 30% deposited or transferred to our account


  • Luxury tax 10%, vat 5% on food & 12.5% on beverages and room service charge 10% extra.
  • The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, additional food/beverages/snacks ordered from menu, heaters, mini bar, discothèque, travel charges or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • Apple Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. will not take responsibility of payments by guests involving third parties like taxi services, adventure services, photography or any other services beyond our discretion.

Health & Safety

The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client or any person traveling for:

Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss , delay , discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss/ damage or any misadventure howsoever caused Any act, omission, default or Independent Contractor or other person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.


The tour cost does not include the costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients get insurance cover at their own costs. However, please note that the Client has to deal directly with the insurance providing company in case of settlement of any claims whatsoever.

The price quoted in our proposal has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing this brochure. The Company reserves the right to amend the price published in this brochure in case of costs increased before the date of departure. All such increases in price must be paid for in full before departure by the Client.

Itinerary Changes

For the comfort and convenience of our clients, we can sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. We will apprise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In case a tour participant misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

Booking & Payment Condition

For booking confirmation, at least 25% advance payment is to be done in our account by Cash/Net banking/Credit card /Debit card in our company account & online through our website. (www.northholidaytravels.com). The amount paid at the time of booking, is non-refundable. We do not accept any form of cheques. The bookings will be processed only after 25% of the total amount has been paid. The full amount must be paid fifteen days before the tour/stay starts. We will send a reminder of full payment 20 days before the tour/stay starts. Failure to deliver complete payment will result in cancellation of the arrangement. For instant bookings or on-the- spot booking, 100% payment is required before bookings are processed.

  • The vehicle used for transfers is not at disposal.
  • It is mandatory to carry photo ID card while you are on tour

Cost Exclusion:

  • Cost of lunches.
  • Additional / personal use of vehicle.
  • Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the specified itinerary.
  • Camera fees, guide charges.
  • Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the Inclusions.
  • Taxes as applicable.
  • Early check-in or late check -out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • In case of non availability of hotels, similar category of hotels will be provided.
  • No refund in case of natural calamity like-weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc.

Postpone And Prepone of Tour

For postpone/ Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior to your tour date.

INR 2500/- or Costing difference due to availability will be charged for the propone/postpone of tour package.


Sometimes we may make amendments to the itinerary, due to unforeseen developments or due to some inevitable circumstances such as unavailability of sights, adverse climatic conditions etc. In some cases such changes could mean extra charges but you will be informed of the complete details. In the event of the Company exercising its rights to amend any aspect of the services, the guest(s) shall have to continue with the program as amended.

We understand that changes are sometime inevitable, In case Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking due to some unavoidable circumstances that might be death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

Cancellations Charges

  • 60 days pre-travel date
  • 80% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 59-40 days pre-travel date
  • 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 39-25 days pre-travel date
  • 25% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 24-15 days pre-travel date
  • 15% of the amount paid so far refunded
  • Less than 15 days

No Refund

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

The refund will be in the same currency used in the payment and at no interest. The company does not assume responsibility for the difference the local currency value due to fluctuation of exchange rates. Processing of cancellation must be done by formally writing to the Company. The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. Refund will be made online/offline (Netbanking/Cheque/DD/) as per client preference Please note transfer fee(payment gateway charges/bank charges etc) charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Law & Jurisdiction:

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of relating to any products including tours by the Company and third party products and tours, the courts and tribunals in Manali, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI / Govt. of India Upon booking of any services, the above-mentioned terms & conditions shall be binding on both the Company and the Client and shall become the only basis of relations between the parties and all previous communication in whatsoever form or mode whether oral or otherwise, with respect to any terms & conditions of the tour and services shall stand cancelled / revoked / terminated.

General Terms:

  • Apple Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. reserves the right of admission.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. A driving license, voter ID card or passport will be considered as a valid photo ID.
  • Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • Only permissible/ legal intoxicants allowed. We strongly recommend guests for not indulging in illegal ways of intoxication and refrain from such activities.
  • Shouting, screaming, playing loud music or creating disturbance of such nature is highly forbidden. We would not appreciate any such nuisance.
  • It is our duty to provide best services to our guests along with an expectation from fellow travelers & guests to maintain decorum, peace and abide by local customs and law of the land.
  • The meal plans will depend on your selected package or booking.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children must accompany their valid guardians.
  • The inclusion of ‘extra bed’ with a booking is facilitated with a mattress with complete bedding as an extra bed.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 Noon and the standard check-out time is 11 AM.
  • Guests are requested to take personal care & responsibility for their expensive belongings, cash, debit/credit cards, digital equipment or jewellery.
  • Guests are not allowed to carry and consume their eatable bought from outside within the hotel premises.
  • Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
  • Ironing / Washing clothes if not allowed.
  • The guests are responsible for any damage to the property and shall have to pay the compensation for the same.
  • Rooms / Packages once booked with are not transferable to third party at any cost.
  • Circumstances beyond our capacity to control like natural calamities, riots, accidents, road blocks or any other issues of same nature, Apple Hotels & resorts do not bear any responsibility and advices guests to update themselves for all such reasons.
  • All services, issues, disputes and legality subject to Manali jurisdiction only.
